Avaib handles scoping, proposals, contracts, delivery, communication and billing directly with the client. You have no delivery responsibility unless we agree otherwise.

Protected for 12 months
Once Avaib accepts your referral, that lead is protected for 12 months while it moves toward becoming a client.
First valid referral wins
If the same business is referred by more than one partner, the first valid referral Avaib accepts receives the attribution.
Genuinely new only
Existing Avaib clients, or prospects already in our active sales pipeline, don’t qualify — the referral has to be new to Avaib.
Long-term commission protection
Stop referring, and you still keep earning on what you already brought in.
Ending the Referral Partner Agreement stops new referrals — but it does not normally end the commission on clients you already referred, that Avaib accepted and converted before termination. Those commissions keep recurring under the applicable terms for as long as the qualifying engagement continues, subject to the agreement terms. The income you built keeps paying.
Payments

Paid on money received
Commission is calculated on the qualifying amounts Avaib actually receives from your referred client — not on quotes or invoices.
Within three weeks
You’re paid within three weeks of Avaib receiving the applicable client payment, in the same currency we received, unless otherwise agreed.
Fees, tax & refunds
You cover transfer or bank charges and your own VAT/tax. Refunds, reversals or chargebacks are adjusted against future commissions, or refunded where required.

How much can I earn?

Is the 20% for life?
No — “up to 20%” is a starting rate, not a rate that stays at 20% for the life of the engagement. What continues for the life of the qualifying engagement is that your commission keeps recurring. We set out your exact rate in the one-page Referral Partner Agreement.
When and how do I get paid?
Commission is calculated on the qualifying amounts Avaib actually receives from the referred client. You are paid within three weeks of Avaib receiving the applicable client payment, in the same currency we received, unless we agree otherwise.
Who covers transfer fees and tax?
You cover any transfer or bank charges on your payment, and your own VAT or tax obligations. If a client payment is later refunded, reversed or charged back, the related commission is adjusted against your future commissions or refunded where required.
Which referrals qualify?
Businesses that are new to Avaib. Existing Avaib clients, or prospects already in Avaib’s active sales pipeline, do not qualify. We protect an accepted lead for 12 months, and for duplicate referrals the first valid referral we accept receives the attribution.
