Careers at Avaib
Looking for software development jobs where you learn beside senior specialists on real client work? Avaib has been building custom software since 2004. We hire engineers, designers, QA, sales and content people, and back them to go deep in their craft, not spread thin.
Building for teams in Australia, the United States, Canada and the Middle East.
Why work here
The best place to grow is beside people who are already very good, on work that actually ships.
Avaib is a multinational software and consulting company, delivering since 2004, with more than 600 projects behind us. We build custom software, AI solutions and dedicated development teams for clients in Australia, the United States, Canada and the Middle East, and we do it with senior specialists and a dedicated quality assurance department, not a rotating cast of juniors.
That matters for your career. You learn from senior people, you go deep in a specialism rather than spreading thin, and you pick up a disciplined, professional way of using modern AI coding tools that makes you faster without cutting corners. It is a steady, proven team with real clients, and a genuine place to get good.

Turn designs into pixel-accurate, responsive front-ends in HTML5 and CSS3 that hold up across browsers and screen sizes and hand off cleanly to the application developers.
Speak with prospective clients in North America, qualify their needs and connect them with the right senior contact. Clear English and a professional manner matter most here.
Write clear, useful content for the web as a content-writing intern: a genuine way in for strong writers who want to learn how a software company communicates.
Join our sales team to grow relationships across Australia, the US, Canada and the Middle East, representing senior-built software at cost-effective rates.
What you get
Regular hours, real leave, senior people to learn from, and a modern way of working that makes you better at your craft.
You work beside senior specialists, not thrown in at the deep end. We value deep specialists over generalists, so you get to go properly good at your craft rather than spreading thin.
Our engineers use advanced AI coding tools in a disciplined, professional way, steering and reviewing every step. You learn to work this way too, so you ship faster without cutting corners, a skill that travels.
Regular hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. Predictable time, real focus, and a team that respects your evenings and weekends.
Fifteen working days of personal holidays every year, so you can rest, travel or simply switch off and come back sharp.
Increments come with your position, experience and performance. Do strong work and it shows up in what you earn and what you get to work on.
Avaib has been delivering software since 2004, with more than 600 projects behind us. You join a settled, profitable team with real clients, not a start-up finding its feet.

Why Avaib
A job should make you better and more secure over time. This is what a career at Avaib is built to give you.
You build software that ships and gets used, for clients in Australia, the US, Canada and the Middle East, not throwaway internal demos. Your work matters from day one.
We back specialists to go deep in their craft, with senior people to learn from and a QA department that holds a real quality bar. That is how careers, and skills, actually compound.
Modern stacks, a disciplined AI-accelerated way of working, and clear-English collaboration with international clients. What you learn here is valuable anywhere you go next.
Twenty years, 600+ projects and 80%+ client retention. You join a proven team with a steady pipeline of work, not a company betting its runway on the next round.
We generally prefer a four-year bachelor’s degree in a relevant program and value deep specialists over generalists, but the process always includes a real skills conversation, because what you can build matters more than a checklist.
